   Beginning at age 7 and marching in a small bell and baton unit from Baltimore, MD Doug's career has spanned nearly forty years. He has performed in various concert and marching groups. He credits his love for and success in music to all the fine and very talented private and group instructors that have crossed his path over the years.
   In addition to performing Doug teaches high school marching percussion units, is caption head for SYZYGY indoor percussion, and has judge both
winter drum line competitions and also MD All-State auditions.
